INGREDIENTS
2 cups tangerine juice
1 cup raw sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a nonreactive saucepan, heat tangerine
juice.
Add sugar, stirring until completely
melted.
Cook over medium-low heat until
thickened and reduced by half. Stir often.
Remove from heat and cool.
Cover and refrigerate until completely
chilled. It will thicken more when it is cold.
